Unless otherwise requested by the customer, goods will be dispatched by SwiftprintUK with a courier or postage service of our choice, we use Royal Mail Tracked Services or APC Overnight depending on the size of the order and postage paid. Larger orders may be delivered by courier service which may require signature upon delivery.

Goods sent via Royal Mail are not considered to be ‘missing’ / ‘lost’ until 28 days has passed (this doesn’t not include the day of dispatch.)
Unless otherwise requested by the customer all goods will be packaged appropriately in accordance with SwiftprintUKs’ packaging standard. Any changes or special requests for alternative packaging must be agreed with SwiftprintUK prior to purchasing.
If you have paid for a tracked delivery option we will supply the tracking number for your convenience on request.
