SwiftprintUK felt that the large format printing industry was only accessible to those companies with large advertising budgets, that's why we have worked so hard to drive down these prices and make them affordable for everyone, without compromising on quality.
SwiftprintUK was founded by Duane Howard in 2008. Before this, whilst still at school he spent his weekends working for a small graphics company which he really enjoyed, after school he studied IT at college in order to continue his career within the industry. After leaving college he worked full time for a larger sign and graphics company learning new skills and networking with other industry specialists. A few years later he joined one of the biggest printing companies in London and soon found himself working in all sorts of environments with many clients nationwide.
Duane soon realised however that the majority of clients were large companies and corporations who had substantial advertising budgets, large format printing was expensive and unaffordable for smaller companies. That is where it all began, Duane started SwiftprintUK to fill this gap in the market and offer affordable prints for the smaller businesses and also people at home who are wanting to share all their wonderful photos! Duane will be the first to admit it hasn't been easy, especially in the current economic climate, but he saw it as an opportunity...more reason to offer large format prints at a recession busting price!
